Length- 18" from shoulder to waist, 31" from waist to hem.

Stunning dress!!! The bodice is semi sheer. The waist down has the outer layer, a middle layer of a tulle like fabric for fluff and a solid lining. The bill blass label is in the hip area of the lining along the seam. The bodice is semi sheer so I assume it was placed in the skirt so it would not show when worn. I am unsure if the belt is original to the dress or not. The belt looks a little handmade but; i received it with the dress so I left it with the dress.
